I believe that therapy is a beneficial tool that anyone can use to navigate their day-to-day life. I work with clients from all walks of life to effectively cope with trauma, manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, improve communication within their interpersonal relationships and help each person I work with to find and use their voice.
With the use of Motivational Interviewing and CBT, I work to create a safe and comfortable space for clients to grow, learn and heal as their authentic self.
