I am a graduate student at Hofstra University in the mental health counseling program progressing towards my New York state licensure. I have obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology at York CUNY College. I am strong believer in listening to people who needs someone to talk to in order actualize their goals and achieve them despite life changes, past traumas, and anxieties. My training and experience have developed my ability to help clients understand how to advocate for themselves. I am known for unconditional acceptance, my non-judgmental stance, sense of curiosity, and gentle compassion with a touch of humor. My main therapeutic approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-centered Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy.
